2 Responses to The door on my pantry cabinet does not close. It has 3 self closing hinges on it.How do I adjust the hinges?

    there should be 2 screws in the hinge. one adjusts it sideways and the other will adjust it in and out,mess with them and see which one does what. kinda hard to visualize without seeing it.

    If you mean they're kind of spring-loaded and won't close the door all the way, there is usually and adjustment screw on the top or bottom of the hinge that adjusts the spring tension. You might have to remove a plastic cap or plug to access the screws.

    If you mean the door won't close all the way because it's out of alignment, there are usually a couple of larger slotted screw heads that operate offset cams in the hinge assembly, which adjusts the camber of the door to align it properly.
